After two highly successful seasons of Zebar TED-Ed Talks, the school is thrilled to announce the return of season 3. The recent introduction session was a resounding success. The session kicked off with a powerful address by the school Principal, Ms. Sharmistha Sinha, who warmly welcomed the students and shared her invaluable experiences from the previous two seasons. Vice Principal Ms. Mili Bhattacharyya delivered impactful words of wisdom to the students, igniting their passion for learning.
Ms. Navneet Arora Biswas, the Content Manager, delivered a presentation elucidating the upcoming journey for season 3 and encouraged students to contemplate ideas for potential presentations as well as their TED-Ed style talks.
This year, we are proud to have a record-breaking number of eager speakers ready to share their unique ideas with the world. As we embark on this new TED-Ed journey, we extend our best wishes to all the students. The English educators from the TED-Ed team of the school were also present, actively engaging with the students and fostering a spirit of learning and growth.

An extravagant exhibition was organized in Zebar School for Children on January 20, 2024. Through several interesting games, models and concepts on display, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Gujarati and Mathematics subjects came alive for parents and students. The exhibition explained many grammar and literature-related topics, showcased puppet shows and presented fun challenges related to numbers. Many parents and visitors enjoyed the exhibition and appreciated the hard work of students and teachers.
The achievements of the Zebarites in the 5th Chhatra Sansad Youth Parliament are truly remarkable. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the winners and mentors for their outstanding work. Shashwat Pandya from 12 C deserves recognition for receiving the Special Mention Award, while Rudra Mehta from 10 E has earned the Best Parliamentarian Award, and Aditi Amin from 10 E has been granted the High Commendation Award. We applaud your exceptional contributions!
Zebar Campus hosted the Millet Master Chef Challenge, a remarkable platform for mothers to demonstrate their creativity and authenticity in cooking, using millets as a part of their daily routine. The event witnessed an array of dishes, including Jowar Vegetable Upma, Jowar ka Chilla, Millet Lollipop, Ragi-based chocolate cake, Jowar Tikki, and Ragi triangles, among others.
The enthusiastic mothers of our school participated wholeheartedly and did an outstanding job explaining the entire cooking process to the judges. We were delighted to have two esteemed judges from the IIHM to oversee the event.
After a tough competition, the winners of the event were announced. Ms Hemali Dalal secured the 1st position, followed by Ms Swati Nagori in 2nd place and Ms Karnika Patel in 3rd place. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the winners of the event, who undoubtedly demonstrated their exceptional culinary skills.
We proudly announce that the IIHM awarded Zebar educator Ms. Sheetal Panchdhane the Teachers’ Day award this year. Ms. Sheetal is an exceptional Science teacher who actively participates in science exhibitions and interschool science fairs. She collaborates closely with her students to instil a love for the subject and is recognised for her engaging and optimistic demeanour. Her commitment to ongoing education keeps her up-to-date with the latest advancements in her field.

We are thrilled to announce that the #Zebarites team won first place in the under-16 boys category at the National Taftygas Football Tournament. The team consisted of Manthan Jadhav (11B), Abhaysinh Shekhawat (11A), Pranshu Davda (11A), Vahin Sangwan (11A), and Mahir Domadiya (11A).
Udgam Consultancy hosted a grand event at Pandit Deendayal Auditorium for teachers yesterday morning. The Executive Director, Mr. Manan Choksi, and Principals of Udgam, Zebar, Satellite, and Bodakdev School for Children lit the Diya to commence the event.
The teachers of Udgam, Zebar, Satellite and Bodakdev School impressed the audience with their traditional dance performances, including Ghoomar, Garba, Rajasthani folk dance, and Dhanuchi naach, while well-written dramas kept the attendees engaged throughout. The Non- teaching section of all schools presented a beautiful dance drama and showcased their hidden talent. The HR department managed the entire affair brilliantly.
The day was full of vibrancy, and the teachers came together to celebrate their profession and unite under one roof. The event was a tremendous success and left the attendees yearning for more.
At Zebar, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our students above everything else. With this in mind, we conducted a thorough fire safety and evacuation drill today in order to prepare our students and educators for any emergencies that may arise.
During the drill, we focused on raising awareness among our students about fire safety and the appropriate measures to take in case of a fire emergency. Our teachers and students were briefed on the best practices for responding to fires, including evacuating the building quickly and safely.
In addition, we formed a special team that was trained on how to safely and efficiently evacuate students in potentially hazardous situations. This team was carefully briefed on the protocols for ensuring the safety of all students during an evacuation.
The drill also included a detailed tutorial on how to use fire extinguishers, and a live demonstration was held to showcase the operation of the fire hydrant system. Through this demonstration, our students and educators were able to gain practical experience in using these tools, which will serve them well in case of an actual emergency.
Overall, this fire safety and evacuation drill was an important step in ensuring the safety and security of our students. By raising awareness and providing practical training, we are confident that our students and educators are better equipped to handle any emergency that may arise in the future.
