The term “therapy dog” also refers to a comfort dog. By providing attention and comfort, they support children as well as adults. They provide a therapeutic benefit to those with health challenges due to their sweet personalities and unconditional love. A therapy dog session was recently conducted for students of classes 1 and 2 in coordination with the Qi to Happiness foundation.
The trio Maska, Malai and Kulfi came to the school with their trainers and brought smiles on the faces of the young students.
Touching, cuddling, and playing with the trio was a big hit with students. The trio enjoyed their time with the students at Zebar School. The school aims to instil values of empathy, compassion, and love for animals through such programs.
